Refund Policy

Hinterland guarantees all its products and services.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a full refund when the product is returned to us in new condition, along with the original packaging, provided it is returned within 30 days of purchase.

If you wold like to exchange an item for a different size we can help you with that and we suggest you get in contact via email or phone so we can help you with the sizing.  We are always happy to help, and may suggest trying some parts in different sizes as opposed to having a bridle that only fits in some places!  We have horses too, and know that they come in all shapes and sizes.

If an item has a manufacturing fault when you receive it, please return it to us within 30 days and it will be replaced. If stitching comes undone, due to normal use, please return the item to us for repair or replacement.  If you are concerned about any wear and tear to an item that you feel is outside of acceptable for its intended use, then please get in contact with us straight away at amy@hinterland.net.nz and we will fix the problem.  If any item is returned under the above conditions, and we can repair it as new we will, and if not, we will replace with a new item.

We will not repair or replace any item damaged by accident or while in use outside of 'normal' use.  If a horse stands on the reins, for example, the bridle will break.  If a horse chews a part of a bridle, don't write it off.  We are here to help and we charge a small fee to get your bridle back to as good as new.  We can replace any broken or damaged parts, but we do need to cover our cost and fees will apply.

We want to see all of our customers again and we appreciate any kind of feedback given to improve our products and services.
