Shipping

We operate from the South Island of New Zealand.

The Hinterland website is stock controlled. You can be assured when purchasing that if a product shows as available, that it will be in stock and it will be sent the same day or the next shipping day. We send Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs via tracked courier. 

 

Shipping costs are supplemented by Hinterland so you receive the best possible service without the high cost.

We maintain a flat shipping rate of $10 throughout NZ.

Small parcels to Australia are $10

Larger parcels to Australia are $20

The rest of the world is a flat rate of $20

 

Any product showing as out of stock, will be temporary.  We are making new stock all the time, whilst updating designs, maintaining our philosophy of making the best quality products and giving the best customer experience.  Our customers are extremely important to us and we love to make fantastic quality gear for our Equestrian community.

The current wait on out of stock items is 2-4 weeks.  Please check with Amy on wait times and if you would like to book ahead, we are happy to take pre-orders.

 

Returns:

If you receive your product and it is not the right fit or you prefer a different design, then you can send it back to us and we will exchange it for shipping cost only.  We are unable to subsidise the shipping on returns, so we charge the actual rate for shipping, which is normally more than the $10 flat rate within NZ. If the product is out of stock in your preferred size, we will do our best to make it and have it to you in a short time.  If the product is a run out or sale item, then we will offer an alternative or will hold a store credit, whichever is your preference.
